Take a Warm Bath

When was the last time you actually pampered yourself with a long, warm soaky bath?
If it’s been longer than a week (and I’m betting it has) then it’s time to take some time out just for you.

Light some candles, put on some soft music, fill a glass with pure water,  juice or sparkling cider and slip into a relaxing tub of warm water. Let the water melt away the stress of the day, as you consciously relax every muscle in your body.

Your husband is welcome to join you in this if you’ve already ovulated and your baby making attempts for this month are over.  Hot water  will reduce a man’s sperm count, so f you haven’t ovulated yet  you’ll want to make it some well deserved quiet time just for you.
